A new and improved site has been in the works since February 2019

Though there are countless new photos, many new tested products and oodles of awesome flexible options and tools for Fiddleheads customers to enjoy, the fantastic former content and remarkable personalized service and attention to detail remains.

Rhiannon chose the open-source and powerfull Magento 2 platform in order to best recreate her grand vision for the site. Fiddleheads.com/Fiddleheads.ca is hosted on our own dedicated server and operates via the customizable and secure Magento 2 platform.

Unlike many other platforms overrun by nasty scam sites, ours ensures your precious personal data and purchase history is not in the hands of another company. Magento 2 is almost exclusively used by much larger businesses, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, such as Ford, Chrysler, Samsung, Nike, Olympus, Canon, HP, Omega, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Okaley, Gap and (hint hint to grateful customers) Lindt Chocolates.

Impressingly, Rhiannon actually designed and built about 98% of the site entirely on her own, from the product photography, content writing, design, site architecture, module selection and implementation, manual importation of reviews and testimonials, and all other necessary database and design elements. She had the hired help of a couple professional programmers for the trickier back-end coding bits in the final months from October 2020 to April 2021.

The official launch date is yet unknown, but Rhiannon says, "the new site will provide an incredible user experience and I am incredibly proud of the work I did on this massive project for my dear music friends' benefit. I can't wait for the great unveilling!"

Yes, that's a photo of the legendary rock band "Muse" on the larger screen, whom Rhiannon saw in the second time in concert in San Diego in 2019, just after commencing the site project.

Don't Panic is a reference to Rhiannon's favourite book series, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
