I'll be honest, I've been looking at violin stores here in Israel, to purchase here because I really hate the thought of 23% import tax. They've been offering me violins for the same price as Fiddleheads (but they're right-handed violins that they're willing to do some bass board work on them to modify them for lefty playing).
I looked in all local shops, because I didn't really want to buy one online without knowing the seller or testing the violin, but Rhiannon absolutely gained my trust and business, with her honest responses, friendly approach and extensive knowledge to help me find just what I was looking for and assure me I would be satisfied.
I also read her testimonials and it really reassured me to see her customer service and recommendations for her instruments and I appreciated her prompt and thorough replies. She was very knowledgeable and her customer support exceptional.
Her excellent prices and glowing reviews assured me that maybe my search would finally be over. And it was. I received the violin yesterday--as promised. I'm extremely happy with it!!
