The bow is a perfect match for jacobus stainer copy I use, since it's built in the baroque style and has a light, sweet sound.

Your Baroque bows do offer a price category I have yet to find locally.
The VN-65 was [my teacher's and my] favorite bow of the three choices (VN-45, Voxy Astute) on trial. It pairs well with the 909.
I'm a faculty and examiner at the Royal conservatory and wanted students to experience the feel of baroque bow. :)

We purchased a Stankov 4/4 for my daughter with a VN-65 bow when she made the transition [to fulll size] in 2016. She is still enjoying it, studying at the University of Western Ontario, and involved in orchestra, etc.
We just purchased another 4/4 Stankov violin, this time for my son who is currently using my daughter's old 3/4 VN-909.
[I bought] a 4/4 Venezia baroque bow for my 12-year-old son for Christmas (it's actually on his Santa list...)
My son has not played with this type of bow before but did a workshop this summer where he was introduced to them. (The other are prettier, but we'll see how he takes to it first!)
For the price, I figured I can't go wrong!
The new bow is working out well.
It’s a bit “heavy” as compared to my fiberglass bow, but I think the tone (as much as I need to work on it…) is better with the wood bow.
[REVIEW: Facebook, 5 stars] Rhiannon met with me on short notice while I was passing through town. She was very nice to deal with and had multiple bows ready for me to try when I arrived.
This is a far nicer experience than trying violin and bows in a violin shop where there are several customers milling around.
I believe her bows are reasonably priced, most likely more competitively priced than what a [competing] violin shop would sell them for.
